oh, your tea picks sound fantastic! I would love to see how mixing fairytale and fidnemed works out- what a great mix! My next order includes a lot of single herbs, but your making me want to throw in some teas too :) The brain zest sounds perfect. I had been drinking yerba mate for brain power/clarity but ever since I had Verity, mate makes me nauseous- it's like my body is just totally turned off. So switching to some other mental pick me ups would be nice!

Yay for Everyday Minerals! Let me know how you like it!

I'm loving my teas from Mountain Rose Herbs. I'm drinking Memory Zest during the day (Gingko, Gotu Kola, Peppermint, Red Clover, Rosemary, and Ginger Root) and Fairytale at night (Calendula, Red Clover, Lavender, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Catnip, Spearmint, Skullcap, Thyme, Oatstraw, and Lemon Peel), both with raw honey.

The memory tea does help me feel more alert during my afternoon "brain lulls," and I think I'm sleeping better too. Once they have it in stock, I want to order Fidnemed, a slightly different blend with Lemon Balm, Skullcap, Hibiscus, Hops, Valerian, Passionflower, and Lavender.

I really appreciate your recommendations and advice. In fact, I even ordered some makeup from Everyday Minerals today!
