		<description>I am so sorry that you&#039;re in a position like so many others.  We&#039;re fortunate (depending on how you look at it) to be in the poverty bracket that allows us to qualify for Oregon Health Plan, and they&#039;re paying for our home birth!!  It&#039;s such a frustrating place to be in, making too much to qualify and too little to pay out of pocket.  Are you sure you don&#039;t qualify???  I&#039;ve been on OHP 3 times in the last 4 years with differing incomes and always been accepted during pregnancy.  I&#039;m sure you&#039;ve looked into it, I just thought I&#039;d throw it out there just in case.  I&#039;ll be praying that your needs are met, one way or the other!!</description>
